Technology ... pfft!

My CD burner has stopped working on my computer ... and I think I might have a nervous breakdown.

No, not really. I'm not THAT insane. It's just really annoying.

Everything else on my computer works fine and dandy. Anybody have any insights on how to fix the issue?

I'm a lost ball in the tall weeds.
